Stainless steel archwires are manufactured from 304VAR material.
304VAR is Vacuum Arc Remelted (VAR) stainless steel.
We offer archwires
in two most commonly used archwire shapes, which are, used worldwide.
Natural form archwires are well suited for treatment with pre-adjusted
appliances with inbuilt in/out relationship, can be used throughout
treatment without manipulation. Its moderately wider front section
allows compensation for settling after treatment completion.
Orthoform III
archwires are slightly narrower in anterior area compared to natural
form.These are more suitable for patients with narrow facial dimentions.Also
more suitable for use with low profile brackets and when brackets
are bonded more gingivally.

All
archwires are having distinct and permanent etched markings for
midline. While upper arches have three midline marks, lower ones
have one midline etch mark
