Archwire Shapes
 

We routinely stock archwires in two most commonly used archwire shapes, which are, used worldwide. Custom shapes can be manufactured as per customer drawings.

Natural form archwires are well suited for treatment with pre-adjusted appliances with inbuilt in/out relationship, can be used throughout treatment without manipulation. Its moderately wider front section allows compensation for settling after treatment completion.

Orthoform III archwires are slightly narrower in anterior area compared to natural form. These are more suitable for patients with narrow facial dimentions. Also more suitable for use with low profile brackets and when brackets are bonded more gingivally.
